C. R. Services, LLC has been providing quality building services with affordable prices since 1989.  Sole member- manager and residential endorsement holder, Andrew LaForest, has 26 years experience in the construction industry, working in all phases of residential and commercial construction.  LaForest is a 26-year resident, with 22 years in Anchorage, relocating to the Matanuska Susitna Valley in 2003.  Before coming to Mat Su , LaForest owned and operated C.R. Services prior to the company becoming an LLC. For Fifteen years LaForest serviced the Anchorage area as owner/operator of C.R. Services, providing homebuilding, remodeling, tenant improvements and home improvements.  In 1997 LaForest passed the Alaska State Exam and became a general contractor with the residential endorsement.

C. R. Services, LLC specializes in residential construction in Anchorage and  the Mat-Su valley.  We are proud to be a small, personalized builder whom ensures day-to-day, hands-on management of each new home, project or property being developed.  With C.R.
